Kapasitor polipropilena berlogam, larutan kering, untuk aplikasi penapis DC. Disebabkan ketumpatan tenaga yang tinggi, voltan undian yang tinggi dan arus riak yang tinggi, ia boleh menggantikan kapasitor elektrolitik dengan mudah tanpa sambungan siri tambahan.
